Amber Malleson

Complementary therapist in Hampshire offering Reflexology and Bach Flower Remedies.

Why I became a therapist!

I have always been aware of complementary medicines and my journey to where I am now started in 2003.

My mum has been suffering from M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) for many years and I felt I needed to do something that could support her. She had tried lots of different treatments from prescribed medication to homeopathy with varying results. With this in mind I looked at a variety of therapies but one stood out, Reflexology.

It was a gentle treatment that could support in a way that suited her needs. I found a new passion for holistic therapies and I continued to study, adding Swedish/Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies to name a few to my treatment repertoire.

All the therapies I practice are gentle but effective. Sometimes less is more!

I have seen amazing results with all my clients over the years, from helping with fertility, labour, sleep issues and general relaxation.

I take great pride in the knowledge that my personal tailored approach gives my clients the support and general wellbeing they require in a safe environment.

Having had a few different careers over the years, being a therapist is by far the most rewarding and satisfying job.

I live in Wickham a beautiful village in the Meon Valley, not far from Fareham with my husband, two children and our cocker spaniel Lily.

My treatment room is a small and cosy space, a place where you can relax and begin your journey to feeling like you again..

I am happy to help young and old alike. I believe that a person requires a treatment that is tailored to their individual needs, not a set routine; a treatment plan just for you.
